Module 1 - Humans As Organisms

Check out the BBC's Human Body pages, which include lots of cool animations of various body parts!

Read some info on the digestive system and have a go at this quiz on digestion.

http://www.microbe.org/index.html - Stalking the mysterious microbe!  A great site with lots of info including “microbes in the news” and a careers section.

It's not a human, but hey, why not dissect a virtual frog...

Module 2 - Maintenance of Life

Learn all about Human Senses from the BBC: find out whether you're a supertaster and whether it's possible to predict which decade you were born from the smells you know! There's also a great section on the nervous system and a nervous system game. Plus information on eyes and eyesight.

Check out BBC Bitesize's section on the Nervous System and revise (almost) everything there is to know about plants with BBC Bitesize's Plant Biology section.

The lifebytes site has lots of information about smoking, alcohol and drugs. Also check out: these links about smoking from Yahooligans and lots of links about drugs and alcohol.

Module 5 - Metals

Module 10 - Electricity

This interactive house lets you turn on household electrical items and see the immediate effect on your electric bill.

Biography of Michael Faraday (known for his electricity and magnetism experiments)
